Job Opportunity:
Eaglerock Financial is looking for a sharp, motivated intern to help us with our inbound and overall marketing efforts. Inbound is a term coined by Hub Spot’s Brian Halligan in 2005.  It refers to the marketing efforts of the Eaglerock Financial blogs, podcasts, videos, and social media marketing that will earn the attention of our customers, make Eaglerock easier to be found by the right people, and draws folks to our website by producing interesting and relevant content.
The general requirements of this position include:
* comfort with social media channels
* understanding of website optimization best practices
* research and copy editing for the Eaglerock Financial blog
* willingness to learn best practices of video marketing
* Interest in learning the business side of financial services – understands the sales process of business
 
The goal of the marketing plan:
1. Attract traffic
2. Convert visitors to leads
3. Convert leads to sales
4. Turn customers into repeat higher margin customers
5. Analyze for continuous improvement
